RETURN, EXCHANGE, & REFUND
POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is
refundable or exchangeable within the first 15 days of delivery unless you open
and use them. All sales are final after fifteen days of delivery made.
The item you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging and accessories of all parts. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, your refund will be the product price minus the original shipping cost. We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used and opened. Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives.
If your return or exchange is the result of
our error we give you full return with shipping charge. We will also provide
free return shipping in this case.
Return and Exchange Procedures
- Email us at customerservice@neobeauty.com
- Include your order number, which can be found on the top of your invoice, and the reason you want to return or exchange the item, and, in the case of an exchange, the name of the product you wish to exchange your item with.
- We will email you an authorization. This process takes two business days.
- In your shipment, please include a copy of the authorization email.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirection return shipments, so insure your shipping method.
- Once your item is received, we will give a refund to your account or send the exchanged item within five business days.;
