SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending on the weight of packages and the region to be sent. We prefer commercial addresses to residential addresses because they are safer, and easier to deliver. However, using commercial address for your shipping address is NOT mandatory.

We use USPS Priority service in case you need to receive your package on Saturday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Guam, we must utilize USPS service.

We will inform you of your package's tracking number after we process your order. It will also show the type of delivery service that we chose for your order. However, shoppers from Canada, APO and FPO will not receive tracking numbers. USPS does not have a system to provide tracking numbers for these locations. If you are ordering from these regions, you will receive a confirmation without a tracking number.

Standard Shipping (for US customers only): We utilize USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground for standard shipping. We will choose the best shipping methods for you to ensure safe and accurate delivery of your package.

Delivery should take 1 to 7 days after we ship the merchandise depending on your location.
If you live in 4 or 5 day transit time zone from Los Angeles, you probably want to save time by selecting Priority service.

Priority  Shipping (for US customers only): USPS Priority or UPS 3 Day Select will be chosen depending on your purchase amount. The higher the amount, the more chance to receive via UPS 3 Day Select. This service covers all continental US within 3 BUSINESS days after we ship the package. We charge S & H as the following:

Delivery should take 2 to 3 business days after we ship the merchandise. If you live in 4-day or 5-day transit time zone, you may want to save time selecting these priority services.

USPS Airmail Parcel Post for CANADA: Takes 7 ~ 24 business days. Due to the custom process along the Canada-US border, the delivery may take up to one month.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. All shipments are final, after we provide you with a delivery confirmation email. After the package leaves our office, it is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver the package safely to your shipping address. You may contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) for the questions regarding the delivery. Please use the tracking number to contact them.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We include a link that leads to tracking information of your package in the confirmation email. It lets you find where your package is. If you have a problem with the link that we provided, you can contact us to obtain your tracking number. Using your tracking number, you can manually track your package. Below is how you can track your package:

USPS: USPS tracking numbers consist of only numbers such as 01986558432586. Please visit www.USPS.com and click Track & Confirm to see where your package is.

UPS: UPS tracking numbers include alphabet and numbers such as 1ZRODKF5482112, please visit www.UPS.com and select United States or Canada to go to the appropriate homepage. At the homepage, click "Tracking" and type your numbers in the box. Please be sure to check the checkbox to agree with UPS' terms and conditions. It is always recommended to read their terms and conditions before you proceed any further.

Tracking numbers take several hours to work. Please allow two to three hours of processing time after receiving your confirmation email to try out your tracking number. If it still does not work even after one day of waiting, please contact us at customerservice@neoBeauty.com. We will gladly assist you.

Credit Card

If you use a CREDIT CARD (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard) to place an order, your order will be processed within one to five days. You should be able to receive your order within 2-7 business days depending on your location if you use your credit card. For the security reasons, your billing name and address must match. In addition, you must provide correct phone number. neoBeauty.com reserves the right to cancel any order if billing information and credit card information does not match.

Credit Card Fraud

neoBeauty.com does not tolerate credit card fraud. If an attempted order seems fraudulent, we will report all information to the FBI.

No Personal or Business Checks

Personal checks are not acceptable at neoBeauty.com. Any orders using personal or business checks will be cancelled without notifying the customers.

Tax

For any order shipped to a California address, you will be charged 8.25% sales tax. The sale tax will be imposed before any discount, promotion, or sale. No sales tax will be imposed on orders shipped to elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada. These charges, if any, will be itemized and included in the total amount billed in the final step of our online order form. Any local taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
